Getting to know the author. . .

Hola!!  My name is Jenna and I wear a few hats...actually, I hate hats and never wear them.  Figuratively speaking, though, the hats I wear are:

• wife to my best friend, Wes, and mother to our amazing son, Lincoln...with #2 on the way!
• daughter to two amazing parents.
• sister to a brother who is 10.5 years older than me.
• Aunt to some pretty amazing munchkins.
• a college graduate, with a BA in Accounting.
• a Bookkeeper at a small community bank.
• a friend who will always listen.
• a food aficionado - self-proclaimed.

My husband & I started dating at the beginning of 2009 and took a roadtrip to Texas during the summer of 2011 to tie the knot.  As corny and cliché as it sounds, Wes is my best friend, strength, confidant, and everything else.  There is no one I'd rather come home to at the end of the day.  He annoys me on a daily basis, but when he's away, the house is entirely too quiet.  Don't tell him - but sometimes when he's gone, I even whistle...in a futile attempt to make it feel like he's at home.
