28 weeks . . .

Gooooooodbye pink & purple...

....hellllllllllllllo "Hint of Olive"!!

It felt so good to see the pink & purple go away. I know the green is really hard to see in the picture...it is a very light shade of green. Very similar to "sweet pea" I would say. I love it. It's going to look so nice with the bedding, woodwork, and crafts I will do have planned.

I am so so blessed with amazing parents-in-law. They came and primed Friday night and then painted the Hint of Olive yesterday while I was at work! What troopers! It makes it feel that much more real. I can't wait!!

The baby shower is Saturday...so there should be lots and lots of pictures to post from that!! I'm excited.

I'm pretty bummed that several friends aren't going to be able to make it, but that's life. Life is busy and not everything works out perfectly.

In other news...I enter Week 28 today.

Baby Boy:

• is 2.25 pounds and 14.8 inches from head to toe.

• is the size of a Chinese cabbage (oh...?) while all balled up.

Momma:

• is back to being a very dizzy momma.
I almost fell in the shower this morning from dizziness. I've called the OB and requested to get my iron levels checked Friday while I'm there.

• is deadly tired by 8pm...but pretty much fatigued all day.

I have a feeling this is due to my iron levels.

• is experiencing...heartburn?

I have the normal heartburn, but then also feel a similar feeling lower in my chest/upper stomach. Maybe babe is just pushing around and bothering my organs? I'm not sure...it makes me not too hungry.

• is really excited to have friends and family together Saturday to celebrate this little acrobat in my tummy!!
