So I took Pillsbury's tube biscuits (you know, the ones you can buy 4 tubes all wrapped together) and smashed them out to make little discs. Then I put it in a sprayed cupcake pan and played with them a bit to make them stay in there nicely. Then I added pizza sauce, cooked/seasoned hamburger, a lil more sauce, and then topped with cheeeeeese! Baked for 10 minutes at (insert whatever time the biscuits specified - 450...?). Amazingness. Pure and simple.
One bit into the middle of one confirmed their amazingness. I love how simple they are and yet taste so good.

In other news, it's been completely gloomy all week. Monday and yesterday were especially dreary which made it really difficult to stay awake throughout the day. Yesterday I simply couldn't stay awake. Lack of activity at work didn't help the cause. The first time I looked at the clock to see if it would be acceptable to go to bed yet was 8:30pm. No, Jenna - you may not go to bed at 8:30pm. So I thought I'd study some for the upcoming final on Monday. I brought up the Power Point for the first chapter we covered this term and admittedly, that's as far as I got - opening it. Wes & I finished (the new) True Grit and then I sadly tapped out at 9:45pm. Saddest part: after 9 hours of sleep last night I'm just as tired today as I was yesterday.

Yay recipe!! Totally doing this! And I understand the sleep problem. I will admit I have gone to bed at 8:30 MANY times. I tried to take vitamins to see if that would help with me always feeling tired but evidently I need vitamins with no iron so I don't get sick. I'm hoping they will help with that though. Hang in there!
